Returns
We offer a
30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be in the
same condition as when you received it — unused, unwritten in, and in its original packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages or Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please
email us straight away with photos, and we’ll make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
• Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
• Personal care items (e.g. beauty or hygiene products)
• Custom or personalised products
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to reach out to us before initiating a return.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, the best way is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, in accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel or return your order within
14 days of receiving it, for any reason, and without justification.
To qualify for a full refund:
• The item must be returned in
original, resaleable condition — unused, unwritten in, and in its original packaging.
• If the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it (e.g. written in or packaging removed), we reserve the right to make a
deduction from your refund to reflect the
diminished value of the product.
As with all returns, proof of purchase is required and returns must be initiated via
email
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within
10 business days.
Please note:
It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please email us.
